Bunnies will arrange their habitat for themselves in a way that suits them. They are very possessive of their "things" and really don't like you coming along and changing it after all the work they did to get it "just so".
If you do - for example, while cleaning (something bunnies don't understand), they can get angry and aggressive or sullen and pouty ... just like people!
When you do something that makes them mad at you, they let you know, in no uncertain terms. First and foremost, they ignore you, sometimes going as far as keeping their back to you.
